I need to know before a mistake is made.
I was using tape in 1985 in England, but I get the impression that glueing is still the preferred method in the US.
Decisions. Decisions.

I’m a glue girl. three layers. for both cross and road. I don’t trust tape.

i have had nothing but good experiences with tufo tape - cross and track.
i love the stuff. easy to install, clean- strong.
highly recommended - i’ve used both the extreme and regular tape grades and both work great.
cross i use extreme
track i’m fine with regular, but i used extreme on my current zipp set just because it was what i had on hand at the time of glue’in.

I’m a tape man on road and glue man on the track, confused now huh? Tape is just so much simpler, so thats why it gets my vote.

Help! My hands hurt! These Tubular zipps had better be worth it!

A little late here, but… You will probably take a significant rolling resistance hit by using tape vs. a well glued tire.
